What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Foundation: A qualification in a relevant field is essential. We are looking for candidates with one of the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A Diploma in Business or Marketing will be strongly considered, especially when combined with direct, relevant experience
- Proven experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for data management and reporting.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, charts).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting sales data.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A high degree of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, manage schedules, and provide comprehensive support to the field sales team.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and data from field audits to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of our CRM database, ensuring all client and sales data is accurate and up to date.
- Process orders, prepare invoices, and follow up on deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare data-driven reports, compelling proposals, and presentations for the sales team and management.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and ensuring excellent service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to streamline operations.
- Assist in organizing and measuring the effectiveness of promotional events or campaigns.
