Aims and Objectives
This workshop focused on empowering Tuschemy’s Administration and Office Staff by strengthening self-awareness and understanding of others through interactive learning, reflection, discussion and affirmation.
Workshop Overview
The session began with a reflective writing exercise in which participants described themselves. This formed a foundation for identifying key personality traits throughout the workshop. Additional activities, including drawing and questionnaires, helped staff explore their personalities and share insights, deepening understanding and strengthening team connection. The session closed with a reflective activity designed to reinforce learning, build confidence and encourage application in the workplace.
Key Insights
As a team, Administration and Office Staff demonstrated strong relationship-oriented traits, including compassion, empathy, organisation, dependability and structure.
Outcomes
For many participants, this was a first opportunity to reflect meaningfully on individual and collective contributions within the office team. Feedback highlighted increased self-awareness, stronger mutual support and a positive, engaging learning environment.
The next workshop will focus on Team and Self-Leadership Development.
