Aims and Objectives
This workshop formed part of Tuschemy’s Development and Empowerment Series and aimed to empower staff while deepening self-awareness and understanding of others within the Tuschemy North branch through experiential learning, reflection, and discussion.
Workshop Overview
The session began with an open-writing exercise where participants described themselves, forming a foundation that was revisited throughout the workshop to identify key personality traits. Additional self-awareness activities, including The Mask We Wear and a personality traits assessment, encouraged reflection and open sharing. Structured discussions helped strengthen team connection and appreciation of individual strengths.
Key Insights
As a collective, the Tuschemy North team demonstrated strong traits of honesty, adaptability, confidence, organisation, and trustworthiness.
Outcomes
For many participants, this was their first opportunity to engage meaningfully with colleagues in a reflective and personal way. The workshop reinforced individual value, mutual understanding, and the contribution each team member makes to the branch’s success.
Next Steps
The next workshop in the Development and Empowerment Series will focus on Team and Self-Leadership Development.
