A thriving team is built on individuals who know themselves and show up for each other. The Office and Admin team put this to the test through a series of collaborative challenges — puzzle building using the Toyota Kata process, a cross-departmental construction duplication, and a tallest tower competition against the Management and Sales teams.
With each round, strategy sharpened, roles became clearer, and the team learned to trust one another’s decisions. The final activity brought it all together with a round of team affirmations — each member sharing what they value most about being part of the Office team.
