At Tuschemy Chemicals, we believe that developing people’s potential doesn’t begin in the workplace. It begins in childhood — and that’s why we’re proud to support the Good Hope Play Centre in Macassar, near Strand in the Western Cape.
Since 1981, the Good Hope Play Centre has offered early childhood education and substitute care for children between the ages of two and five, many of whom come from challenging home environments. The centre provides a place of stability, safety and hope — where children are encouraged to learn, play and grow under the care of qualified and dedicated staff.
The educators at Good Hope take a holistic approach to development, nurturing each child physically, emotionally, cognitively and socially at their own pace. Through art, music, creative play and outdoor exploration, children develop curiosity, confidence and the foundational skills they’ll carry with them for life.
As part of our partnership, Tuschemy Chemicals sponsors the monthly salary of a staff member — a practical contribution that helps the centre continue delivering quality care to the children who depend on it most.
