ACID CLEANER FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE SYSTEMS

MEMBRACLEAN PCA is a water-based detergent specifically formulated to clean Reverse Osmosis membranes. MEMBRACLEAN PCA will remove hardness (calcium and magnesium) scales and other metal scales. MEMBRACLEAN PCA is also effective against inorganic dirt and salt efflorescence. If used regularly, MEMBRACLEAN PCA maintains system performance and product water quality at a higher level. MEMBRACLEAN PCA reduces operating costs by reducing energy requirements to achieve required product flow. MEMBRACLEAN PCA reduces maintenance costs by prolonging membrane life and reducing strain on other components in the system. Not to be used on acid-sensitive materials.

Specifically formulated to clean membrane surfaces and reduce high differential pressures in reverse osmosis systems.
Compatible with the polyamide elements of all major membrane manufacturers.
Contains a blend of proprietary bio-dispersants.
Contains a specialized blend of buffers to dissolve organic foulants and disperse colloidal particles.
Superior results in the removal of organic and colloidal foulants, especially when compared to generic solutions.
Temperature compensated to maintain optimum pH over a wide temperature range.
Compatible with all polyamide and cellulose acetate membranes.
Contains a special blend of buffers, chelants, and reducing agents, to promote the dissolution of metal deposits.
Superior results to generic citric and hydrochloric acid solutions.
Highly buffered to resist pH changes during the cleaning process.
Can be used in conjunction with other applicable cleaners to remove combination foulants.
