BOILER WATER TREATMENT ADDITIVE

STEAMCLEAR 270 D is a blend of condensate corrosion inhibitor, sulphite, alkalinity builder and polymer for low to medium pressure boilers. The product provides the most effective combination of deposit control agents specifically designed for this application. This product will also function effectively to remove deposits over a period. It contains sulphite for removing oxygen from the boiler water as well as an amine for condensate corrosion control. It has been accepted by NSF for treating boilers or steam lines where steam produced may contact edible products and/or cooling systems where the treated water may not contact edible products in and around food processing areas (G6).

Utilizes a special combination of deposit control agents for phosphate, iron, or hardness deposition.

Effective one shot-treatment maintain sulphite residual of 80 to 120ppm.
Polymer is stable over a wide range of temperatures and pressures.
Contains ammonia for condensate treatment.
